The second installment of the Culture Over Corporate series. Uptown XO returns with heat supplied by Kev Brown. Culture Over Corporate is the new mentality and slogan by Uptown XO (Of Diamond District). The title is meant to empower his hometown and encourage fellow D.C. natives to create something they can call their own.
To not support your own would be as harmful to the community as COVID-19. Empowerment is a must and self preservation is a necessity and Culture Over Corporate is the new mentality.
